To keep this server fair and clean, we have a number of rules you
must accept. By creating an account on L2-SyX, it is acknowledged that
you have read and accepted these terms and conditions.
All Players are subject to the rules and regulations stated below.
If you fail to follow the rules, you are subject to any penalties
deemed necessary by the L2-SyX GM staff up to and including termination
of your account.
Basic Rules:
1: Cussing and blasting
the GMs and / or the Server is not allowed.
2: Please respect the rights of others and their rights to play
on this server.
3: You will not spam, floor, or zerg the chat.
4: You may not use abusive or racially offensive language.
5: You may not violate any local, state, national, or international
laws or regulations.
6: Do not ask GMs for adena, buffs, experience, levels, SP, or in-game
items of any type for any reason at any time - even if there is
server lag / crash and your character takes loss of experience.
7: Items in-game are "as-is". If you lose an item for
any reason, it will not be returned.
8: All item trades are final. You are liable for the loss of items.
9: You will NOT use 3rd party programs such as L2walker. If found,
your account will be terminated without question.
10: Scamming players in-game for adena or items is not allowed.
11: You will not exploit any bugs, glitches, or anything else of
the sort in the server.
12: You will not advertise other servers, products, merchandise,
websites, etc.
13: Boxing characters is not permitted at any time.
14: Impersonating a GM will not be tolerated at any time.
15: Inappropriate character names are not permitted.
16: No interfering with Events or GM staff conducting events.
Player vs. Player Rules:
17: PvP is allowed and is not policed by GMs unless server violations are found.
Account Rules:
18: You may have
1 account per IP address. Do not make more than 1 account per IP
address without prior approval of the GMs. This can be requested
on the forums.
19: You may not share your account with another player. You are
responsible for all actions on your account, and claiming you shared
it will not negate this responsibility or recover any items / status
claimed to have been lost by sharing.
20: If your account is "hacked" we do not restore any
lost items / status. You are responsible for keeping your account
information secure.
BY USING THE SITE, SERVER, AND SERVICE, YOU AGREE TO THESE TERMS

responsible for ANYTHING! Syndicate-X & L2-SyX deny any liability
for any loss or damage caused directly or indirectly by the use
of service and / or anything provided on this service. Syndicate-X
& L2-SyX are NOT responsible. You have been WARNED!
L2-SyX reserves the
right, at any time, to change, modify, add, or remove any portions
or parts of these Terms of Use and / or user agreement. It is your
sole responsibility to check these Terms of Use and / or user agreement
periodically for changes.
